For Argentina, preparing for a World Cup match is about more than training sessions and tactics.
Even thousands of miles from home, the squad has made sure to keep one ritual alive. Since arriving in Kansas City, the players have organized a traditional Argentine asado before every match, complete with music and the atmosphere they know from home.
That means four Argentine-style barbecues during the tournament so far. For the players, it’s more than a meal. It’s a tradition that strengthens the group, keeps them connected to their roots, and helps build the chemistry that has defined Argentina’s World Cup run.
