Alarm at River and Argentina over injury – OneFootball

River Plate’s match against Huracán is raising alarm both in Núñez and in the Argentina national team, as two injury absences have already been recorded.

Thiago Almada came off before the first 10 minutes were up, due to discomfort in his left leg.

And minutes later, the list of injuries grew, as Andrada also left the field. Cameras caught the player with tears on his face and ice on his thigh.

Both players had been included by Lionel Scaloni for the upcoming FIFA international window with the national team, so their participation is now in doubt.
